Connect to Google Search Console

Before we dive into the brand content checklist for wedding pros, the very first step you have to take is connecting your website to Google. Do you want to get found on search by your ideal clients? Your site absolutely needs to be connected to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. And trust me, it’s a lot easier than it seems! As a side note, if you are still connected to Google Universal Analytics, you will need to migrate to Google Analytics 4. It’s an easy process, that can be done by logging into your current Google Universal Analytics account.

  • Enter your website’s domain

  • Verify ownership of your domain through a DNS record with your domain host (Google will walk you through this step by step)

  • Await verification; this can take up to 72 hours depending on your provider

  • Done!

Once your setup on Google Search Console is complete, it’s time to dig into that treasure trove of information! Want to get away from paid listings on big publications that result in spam inquiries?
