Who you're dealing with

Digital products & templates

When you buy a template or bundle (including the Client Experience Vault), you're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. In plain terms:

• Use the templates in your own business, as much as you like.
• Please don't resell, share, sub-license, or redistribute them, or claim them as your own work.
• Templates are delivered digitally — often as HoneyBook template links — and are yours to keep, with any free updates I release.

Payments & refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final. That said, I want you to be happy — if a file won't open, you received the wrong item, or something isn't working, contact me and I'll make it right.

Third-party tools & links

This site links to tools and services I use and recommend (some are affiliate links — see my Affiliate Disclosure). Those products are run by other companies under their own terms and pricing, which you're responsible for reviewing. My templates are built to pair with HoneyBook, but I'm not affiliated with or responsible for HoneyBook's platform.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — writing, designs, templates, and brand materials — belongs to Creative Bliss Collective LLC unless noted otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse it beyond the license above without permission.

No guarantees

I share what has worked for me and my clients, but every business is different. I can't guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using my products or following my advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or its products. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.

I may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept any changes.
