You do the thinking before we meet, so both calls go straight to building. Here's the rhythm.
Prep in the app
You fill out your offers, workflow and client experience in my build app. By call one, the thinking's done.
Build call one
Live on Google Meet, we map it and start wiring: your automations and your website & Zapier connections take shape.
A day to think
Wednesday is yours. Ideas and questions surface — jot them down for Thursday.
Build call two
We finish the build, connect your emails to your smart files, test every automation, and get it running.
Async support
Questions on what we built? You've got 5 business days of async support after Thursday.

An automation for each stage of your workflow, so inquiries, follow-ups and next steps fire on their own.
Where they apply: HoneyBook connected to your website and the other tools you use, so data flows without copy-paste.
Your email templates connected to the right smart files, so the correct proposal, contract or form goes out automatically.
Where they fit, I'll drop in templates I've already built, so we spend the time on wiring, not starting from scratch.

Is this a design service?
No. This is the technical wiring — HoneyBook automations, website and Zapier connections, and connecting your email templates to the right smart files so they trigger automatically. I'll use proven templates where they fit, but custom design and copywriting of your smart files isn't included.
What if I need help after the Intensive, or HoneyBook releases new features?
The Intensive sets you up for how HoneyBook works today — it's a point-in-time build, not an ongoing maintenance plan. You'll leave with everything you need to adjust it yourself as HoneyBook evolves, and if you'd ever like a fresh set of eyes down the road, a re-tune is always available on request.
Do I need a HoneyBook account already?
Yes. You'll need an active HoneyBook account on a plan that supports automations, plus logins ready for your website and any tools you'd like connected, where applicable. New to HoneyBook? Start here with my reader discount, then book.
Is it done for me or with me?
With you. We build live on a Google Meet screen share, so you understand your own system and can run it confidently afterward.
Why two calls instead of one?
Your two 60-minute calls are on Tuesday and Thursday, with a day in between on purpose. That gap lets ideas settle and questions surface, so the Thursday build is sharper than anything we'd rush in a single session.
