One of the great things about being a small business owner is the ability to work from anywhere and everywhere! With HoneyBook’s mobile app, you can manage your calendar, respond to leads, track your time, and keep your client flow moving through project files and messages. 2) User feedback Matters
Isn’t it amazing when a company you’ve invested in takes the time to listen to its users? One of the amazing things about HoneyBook is that they love gaining user feedback! They listen to what their users need and they find a way to make implementations that matter.
3) Great for Teams
Do you already have a small but mighty team behind your business? Or do you plan to add team members in 2024? 1) No mobile app
As of February 2024, Dubsado does not currently offer its users a mobile app experience.
2) User Feedback
There are plenty of avid Dubsado users who provide the company with their feedback on what is missing or needed from their CRM. But, without any new features being rolled out, it’s hard to say whether Dubsado listens to its users or not.
2) More Client Portal Features
I will admit, that one place where Dubsado shines vs HoneyBook in 2024 is through their client portal features. Your clients will have access to their own individual client portal and project information through a login page on your website. Each of your clients will have their own custom password, so there will be no confusion and no worrying about confidentiality. It’s a beautifully streamlined process to keep you and your clients organized.
3) Customized Forms
Dubsado does allow users to customize their forms. But, and this comes with a big “but”, this is reserved for the more advanced users. To create customized forms on Dubsado, custom coding is required.
4) Inability to Add Team Members
Dubsado can only be connected to one company email. So, if you have multiple team members who need to access the portal, each team member would be in and out of the designated company email that was selected for your Dubsado account. Can you say big disorganized mess?
5) BETA
Waiting on new features from Dubsado? They have tons of features in beta. In fact, their new features have been in beta for years with no new features rolling out as of yet.
6) Glitches Galore
The idea behind implementing a CRM in your business is to give you back your time. Time to focus on your clients and step away from the admin side of things. It’s easy to say that can’t happen if the tool you’ve signed up for is chock full of glitches. Which will ultimately leave you spending more time on your admin tasks.
7) Not intuitive
Remember that thing I said about small business owners putting off signing up with a CRM because they don’t have time to learn the tool? I would easily file Dubsado under that category. Their interface not only lacks intuition, but it can be downright frustrating to navigate.
